Remove bumpp release dependency

Summary

Remove bumpp from the release workflow because versioning is handled by Release Please.

Motivation

Release Please already owns package version bumps and changelog updates, so the manual release script should not invoke a second versioning tool.

Changes

• remove bumpp from devDependencies
• remove bunx bumpp from the release script
• update bun.lock to drop bumpp and unused transitive dependencies

Testing

• bun run typecheck
• bunx biome check package.json bun.lock

Note: bun run lint still fails on existing unrelated formatting/schema drift in test/opencode.integration.test.ts and biome.json.
