• chore(bloc_lint): create empty package
  • related to feat(bloc_lint): move bloc_lint package from vmichalak repository to bloc monorepo #4278 this is just creating the empty package scaffolding so that we can get that out of the way and start to discuss what specific lint rules we want to include in the official package (cc @vmichalak)
