Add `--no-fullscreen`, `--size <WxH>` and `--quality <Quality in percent>` to the start script. Also add a litte usage text callable with `--help`. Closes fhorinek#15

This will add command line arguments and a small usage output to the start.sh script.
This should not change the defaults in any way, so if you call the script like
./start.shit should not change any of the default behavior, the arguments should just overwrite the defaults.
