Added support for Xcode7b6

DocumentService refactor

Reimplemented the bonjour server in terms of a DocumentService protocol. This is in preparation of the STUN server which will adopt this same protocol.

In principle any message transport could adopt this protocol and route the sync messages.

There are no functional changes in this release beyond that.
