Added necessary HAL header and c files to support DAC.
Enabled HAL_DAC_MODULE_ENABLED in stm32f4xx_hal_conf.h. Added new btt_skr_2.0_dac_map.h to be used with analog output (DAC). Added new board type to select new map file in driver.h. Added new board type in my_machine.h. Added #if/#endif guards in btt_skr_2.0.c to work with and without analog outputs.
