So I have manually added the folders with Flatseal and since Chrome 123 I think, it works unter x11 and Wayland!

Would be nice to merch this into master.
I did the same manually with the "Flatseal" app as helper.

My main hesitation with this is generally that making Chromium use the dynamic launcher portal is something I still want to do, but we'll basically never be able to drop these perms if they get merged in early. (There's also some jank parts to the current setup that are a bit less problematic if you have to opt into it explicitly.)
