This addition fixes an issue where the examples could not be built on Mac OS Sonoma 14.2.1, AArch64, Clang

Thanks! There is no harm in linking to LIBSFFT even I don't understand OSX enough to know why they're needed. We hope to make our own brew finufft package soon; stay tuned. |

This addition fixes an issue where the examples could not be built on a Macbook Pro M3 running Mac OS Sonoma 14.2.1 with Clang. The failing CI on my fork does not seem to be related to this PR.
