dart run script/tool/bin/flutter_plugin_tools.dart update-excerptsI believe this exempt from version bump because it only affects local development and doesn't change the code. |

Ugh, those changes are not great for the READMEs. It seems like we're stuck with them though. By our file-level standards these aren't exempt because the READMEs are published, so changes to them should be published, but since there's no user value in adding the extra blank lines to the README snippets there's no reason to publish. |
