+- `notecase transfer <sats> --from <host> --to <host>` moves value between
+  two mints: the destination issues an invoice, the source melts a note to
+  pay it, and the destination's payment preimage is the note that lands. It

+  those follow applies unchanged, including rotate-on-claim. Refuses a
