signet-verify 0.7.1 moves DEFAULT_RELAY_URL off the project's own relay. Rebuild the IIFE bundle against it and update the docs and test fixtures.

Picks up signet-verify 0.7.1, whose DEFAULT_RELAY_URL is now wss://nos.lol rather than the project's own relay, and rebuilds dist/signet-login.iife.js with it. Test fixtures that named our relay now use relay.example.com; the default test pins nos.lol.
