Allows stacking of different ways to change damage die size, following the second spring errata 2026
Fixes #17741

Changes:

  1. Add damage-dice-faces Item Alteration to delayed_properties, so they are applied after processTwoHandTrait calls
  2. Add an option to not mark overridden damage as upgrade - by default would behave as before, but rules now can be adjusted to stack with damage die upgrade if needed
  3. Allow overriding damage die on weapons without one - to enable implementation of things like Guerrilla Weaponry
