If you have a long post and want to change the text apperance, you have to scroll all the way up to reach the menubar:

This PR makes the menubar sticky, so it can always be reached:

Further possible improvements:

Calculate the top offset based on the high of the header (I'm not familiar with vue, so I'm not sure how to achieve that)
Set the menubar to full width when sticky (maybe a library needs to be used for that)
Give the menubar a shadow when sticky
