Issues with the Current Readme
The guide to contribute in Hindi is mostly a literal translation from English to Hindi. For example, terms like "issue created" are translated literally, which does not convey the intended meaning of "GitHub issues" or the phrase "Contributing to Open Source in general" has been translated as " Contributing to 'General Open Source' " which is misleading. These are just a few examples.
The translation uses many old Hindi words that are not commonly used by the current generation, to the extent that I had to refer to the English version to understand many things.
Note: This pull request aims to address these issues. It's not yet complete, and more updates will be made in the coming days. Thanks.
