neuron_tree.py loads all data in swc folder and creates a graph based on ID/parent. Trees for each neuron (or groups of neurons if they connect over a synapse) are then able to be drawn or used to estimate radius based on depth. Other electrical properties can be calculated after radius and fed back into graph or swc file.
