You need to use PostgreSQL. JIRA needs to run from a url like: http://localhost:8080/JIRA Bitbucket needs to run from a url like: http://localhost:7990/Bitbucket
Gets projects from JIRA with REST API. Creates projects with the same name on Bitbucket with REST API. Creates new projects on Bitbucket if any added to JIRA later.
