Adopts the Agent Plugin spec (
plugin.json+mcp.json) and generates the per-harness manifests (Gemini, Claude, Codex, Antigravity) +marketplace.json, so one plugin works across all four.Stacked on
chore/npx-toolbox(#89) , merge that first. Generated withagent-plugin-sync; validate passes.
