- Adding snapshots for workflow testing.
- Adding test cases for workflow testing
- Add snapshots to module Filter_result_files
- Simplify assertions in the edited tests
- Exchange current assertions with snapshots
Add test case for empty phenotype
added two test cases
missing phenotypes should cause pipeline failing and no output file
specify one phenotype should output only one output file
contains "missing required parameter"
for "Should output all regenie lines"
writes empty output file
for additive GWAS
pipeline should success
filtered tophits are empty
update snapshots
