bug: python_plotting_sampling try/except ImportError install hint #1763

presets.py:220 tells users to run uv sync --extra plotting, but no such extra exists in pyproject.toml.

It's likely that the try/except can be removed but that should be verified. If not, the ImportError message should be updated to whatever dependencies that need to be installed.
