The default pins has been changed in platformio.ini to make it compatible with the MCU adapters of the Heltec T190 and WiFi LoRa v4

The default pins has been changed in platformio.ini to make it compatible with the MCU adapter of the M5STACK StickS3. Board/StickS3/StickS3Board.cpp Enabled EXT_5V in order to supply the Dock with 5V Controllers/infraredController.cpp supressed power management as it is now at global level Interfaces/IICServices.h Services/I2cServices.f/.cpp suppressed power management function no more necessary
