The wheel here has an extra hole on the other edge to accommodate loading the filament from right to left without possible tangles occurring (due to the inlet/outlet holes of the buffer top being offset front to back.) This was produced in Fusion360 using the original ERCP model, thickened to 14.8mm to match the Pika wheel, and holes/notches added. (The .step file is included.)

The array-front(merged) file is a simple merging of "array-front-screen" and "array-front" STL's. (The screen was thickened by 0.4mm to create a solid object.) If both parts are printed in the same color, printing a single object is significantly faster than printing two objects (that each take an entire build plate.) This merge was done in tinkercad, so there's no .step file to include.

Something I didn't intend with this new model: The area of the wheel that's inset for the bearing is thinner in the ERCP (and my) model when compared to yours. That lets the bearing sit deeper in the hole, and causes the entire wheel to sit very slightly further away from the buffer-screen-a. This removes friction between the wheel and the larger buffer screen, but it's still close enough to the screen that filament won't get trapped between the wheel and screen.

NOTE: Don't use this wheel as-is. This model I uploaded has the floor of the bearing pocket at 3.0mm (same as ERCP) while the Pika model has the floor at 3.8mm. My model moves the wheel AWAY from the screen by 0.8mm, which is enough to let filament sneak in between the screen and wheel.
