This change upgrades the Ditto Chat app to support VisionOS.

Upgrades Ditto to 4.8.0-visionos-beta.1
Comments out functionality not supported on visionOS platform
Changes UI Screen dimensions to infinity to support scaling with visionOS
Updates logging target directory. (required for code version upgrade)
