Relevant @sentry/core fixes that apply to React Native without changes:

• Sampled-out errors are dropped before they take a promise buffer slot when there is no ok session to update (fix(v10/core): Drop sampled-out errors before they take a promise buffer slot sentry-javascript#25753). On iOS/Android sessions are tracked natively, so this skips event processing for errors dropped by sampleRate.
• Metrics rate limits and client reports use the trace_metric data category (fix(v10/core): Use trace_metric data category for metrics rate limits and client reports sentry-javascript#25612).
• Breadcrumbs no longer generate client reports (fix(v10/core): Stop sending client reports for breadcrumbs sentry-javascript#25752).

No public exports or options changed upstream, so nothing new to expose.

💡 Motivation and Context

Keep the JS layer in sync with the latest upstream sentry-javascript release v10. Note that the v11 is currently blocked #6773 and will be bumped on the next major.
