Since Skype has a flatpak this is a no brainer. Though I assume the team wants to wait until KDE Discover/GNOME SC are deployed? |

**Summary** Deprecate Skype as it can no longer be supported by third party see getsolus/3rd-party#76 **Test Plan** - Make sure Skype does not appear in Third Party section. **Checklist** - [x] Package was built and tested against unstable
