Add DirectX ShaderModel 6.1-6.7 detection #5498

Connections
For #5383

Description
ShaderModel detection is hardcoded to just map Dxc => 6.0 and Fxc => 5.1. This means higher shader models are never detected.

Testing
Not tested explicitly but works in the context of #5383

Checklist

  • Run cargo fmt.
  • Run cargo clippy. If applicable, add:
    • --target wasm32-unknown-unknown
    • --target wasm32-unknown-emscripten
  • Run cargo xtask test to run tests.
  • Add change to CHANGELOG.md. See simple instructions inside file.
