Both the b2_list_file_names and b2_list_file_versions api calls may return up to 10k results.
By increasing the maxFileCount parameter this PR reduces the time it takes to prune/check/list a repository.
Without this PR
duplicacy list -r 2 -filestakes so long that I never bothered to wait until it produces output. With this PR the file listing for that command produces output almost immediately.
