refactor: refactor changelog generation and commit grouping

- Change the `changelog` generation implementation to use `git`
- Update the regex patterns for grouping commits under different titles
- Add new titles for `Refactor`, `Build process updates`, and `Documentation updates` under groups
- Remove specific commit messages from the changelog using filters
