Add/Update Aerodrome Finance content (images fixed, author corrected)

Updates to Aerodrome Finance entry in the Gitcoin Directory:

• Fixed missing/incorrect images (banner/logo) with proper sizes and paths
• Corrected author metadata to GBOYEE
• Added comprehensive Naija/African perspective, updated TVL/metrics (~$356M as of March 2026), governance details, ve(3,3) mechanics, Slipstream V2, Aero merger context
• Content follows the required template with proper frontmatter
