Only place arc-systems is seen... and it's in the first command. Everything else is arc-runners

@faangbait The arc-systems is correct. This is what I was told:

Keeping the controller and runners in separate namespaces is the recommended layout: it separates the controller’s infrastructure from the workloads it creates and allows different access controls or security policies.

I don't actually know what that means, but if it makes sense to you, maybe it will be helpful. In any case, the tutorial is correct.
