The local install side-quest documented an outdated gh aw init file list and a stale gh aw --version example. This update aligns the step with current CLI help semantics, including conditional outputs by flags.

• gh aw --version example refresh

  • Updated sample output from gh-aw version 0.81.6 to gh-aw version 0.88.2.

• gh aw init generated artifacts: corrected and de-ambiguated

  • Replaced the static file list with behavior-based guidance:
    • always configures .gitattributes and .vscode/settings.json
    • creates .github/skills/agentic-workflows/SKILL.md
    • removes legacy .github/prompts/ files when present
    • --engine copilot: adds .github/agents/agentic-workflows.md
    • --engine copilot without --no-mcp: adds .github/workflows/copilot-setup-steps.yml and .github/mcp.json
    • if workflows use expires: adds .github/workflows/agentics-maintenance.yml
  • Removed the inaccurate reference to .github/skills/agentic-workflow-designer/SKILL.md.

When you run `gh aw init --engine copilot`, it also creates
`.github/agents/agentic-workflows.md`. Unless you pass `--no-mcp`, it also creates
`.github/workflows/copilot-setup-steps.yml` and `.github/mcp.json`.
