• Replaced the runner collapsible (with extra .md frontmatter snippet) with a one-sentence definition.
• Added a short trigger/job/step quick check right after the annotated example.
• Condensed the "Why This Matters" section: dropped the comparison table in favor of one paragraph.

Pain point: too many new concepts at once and too little practice. Result: fewer concepts and an activity directly after the core terms. Checkpoint is unchanged. markdownlint could not run in the sandbox (npm 403).
