This PR adds the CDN distributable for the Gleam highlight.js grammar.

I followed the steps here to generate this.

Resolves #5.

Yep, documentation may be easier, as it involves cloning down the highlight.js repo, cloning this repo inside of that one, and then running a script from the parent repo.
