Comment SL7 bits out

This PR comment out parts of the frontend configuration that require the deployment of an SL7-base ce-workspace. Having these configurations active by default will brake the basic environment deployed by the workspaces compose file.

Can you report the error?
The ITB seems to work fine for me also with these lines in

I'm running with a recent image. These sections are not commented and I'm not noticing any error.

@BrunoCoimbra Could you please report the error and the image used? Factory should be redundant from being unable to reach a CE. It should fail only if it cannot reach any CE in the configuration file.

Bruno reported that now it is working. The error could have been done to a generic network problem (all CEs are not resolved). Closing discarding the proposed change.
