feat(commondao): add render support to commondao realm

The PR implements render support in commondao realm.

Realm must allow users to optionally allow rendering DAOs, SubDAOs and proposals.
We should support configuration options in the realm for caller dApps to indicate if DAOs and proposals should be rendered.

Rendering support would save dApps from having to implement DAO related views.
