docs: add Japanese README #35634

If we'd like to add translations for all languages, since AI is quite powerful, maybe we can use some cron jobs to automatically translate the README from English to all other languages, then only need to maintain and review the English version, and no need to maintain other languages. |

Yes. As AI can generate good translations nowadays, this is a good idea. |
I don't think this would be useful. We cannot provide good translations in all languages, there is no sense in providing just 2 or 3, and, to be honest, everyone with enough understanding of tech an git to need an own Gitea instance should already have good enough knowledge of English |
I agree, IMO the README in the repo can be only in English. gitea.com can have various AI-powered translations for SEO purpose. |
I created Japanese translated README.
