Prepend this to your WordPress index.php

Goatherd\WpPlugin\Minify::initPlugin(); // enable minify

Note that you either need to register composer autoloading (recommended; for example: require_once __DIR__ . '/vendor/autoload.php) or preload the Goatherd\WpPlugin\Minify class file.
