fix: Correct token.Tokenize double quoted strings with escape sequences handling

  Solves Tokenizer does not handle double quoted strings well #455
  It turned out that scanDoubleQuote was not progressing ctx.idx so I refactored the switch statement responsible for handling all the escape sequences.
  The test cases were generated BEFORE I implemented these changes, so I knew that my refactor didn't change the previous behaviour (as much certainty as the test cases coverage allows).
• Create test code that corresponds to the modification

I've rewritten lexer_test.go TestTokenize test function to actually test something instead of dumping the tokens :)

I've generated these test cases by writing the following code in the TestTokenize:

I then just copied the generate code fro lexer_test_cases.go into tokens struct list assignment.
