- Forget to add comments on the declaration of the signal
- Refactor the hierarchy of the different subsections in the Readme
- change crappy links - add one link for more precise infos on call_deferred/set_deferred

Hello !
Enhanced code documentation throughout the project "Dodge the creeps" (gd script version) and added architecture overview to README.
Aimed at developers familiar with programming but new to Godot's specific patterns and quirks.
