Feature Description
The subscribewithgoogle PHP client library generated within Site Kit should be updated using an up-to-date discovery document to add support for the latest additions to the API, such as content policy information, which is crucial for adding publication policy violation notifications to Site Kit.

Note that one of the PRs listed in the IB had been closed, so I created a new PR which includes the changes from both of them (it's also easier to manage just merging a single PR).
