- uses new Camera init method (using LatLngAltitude parameter)
- Adds new Popover and Marker Style Demos
- Updates Polygon and Polyline objects to handle onTap events
- PlacesTapDemo renamed MapTapDemo, adds support for map tap event handling
- dependency updated to v0.1.0
