User management is working

On the server side everything is still working.

Added quite a lot of user interaction features.

It still works

FreePDM still works without flaws. It works with external VPNs. The file sharing also works.

The filesystem checks are complete

Also renamed the filesystem to vaults and pkg to internal.

Everything still compiles.

Initial release.

The FileSystem is about to be ready. Now it is time for the GUI and net interfaces.
