Fix missed_alarm_repeat_limit crash and update app version to 2.28

This PR fixes a crash caused by the missing 'missed_alarm_repeat_limit' column in the 'alarm_templates' table. It also includes several updates related to an upstream merge:

• Updated 'ClockDatabaseHelper.java' to include 'missed_alarm_repeat_limit' and 'missed_alarm_repeat_count' columns.
• Bumped database version to 23 and added migration logic in 'onUpgrade'.
• Updated 'ClockProvider.java' projection maps to include the new columns, preventing 'IllegalArgumentException'.
• Bumped 'versionName' to '2.28' in 'app/build.gradle'.
• Verified/added 'android:appCategory="productivity"' in 'AndroidManifest.xml'.
• Verified the build with './gradlew compileDebugJavaWithJavac'.
