Since OpenSSL 1.1.1 the .rnd file which seeds the rnd is not generated/needed anymore. Thus, we remove this here. This is also needed to be compatible with OpenSSL 3. Signed-off-by: Michael Weiß <michael.weiss@aisec.fraunhofer.de>
