Alpha 4 with debug console and fixed issue of @Nerdy

First alpha

First try to make the installer.

You should install the clean GTA2 11.44 version (I've tested on version from https://gtamp.com/gta2/)

Then run this installer and point it to the GTA2 directory.

Run game using the desktop icon or by running gta2-resurected.exe
