This pull request adds the V3n0M-Scanner tool to the weapons directory. V3n0M-Scanner is a popular pentesting scanner written in Python3.6 that can be used for SQLi, XSS, LFI, RFI, and other vulnerabilities. The tool is compatible with Linux, macOS, and Windows platforms.
