Rollback Plan

If a change needs to be reverted, an updated version of the provider will be published reverting the schema and resource model changes to their previous state, restoring the original handling of the network_configuration block.

No changes to security controls (access controls, encryption, logging) are introduced in this pull request.

Description

This PR updates the aws_bedrockagentcore_browser resource to correctly implement the network_configuration.vpc_config block, aligning with the AWS API for CreateBrowser. The block now supports the required security_groups and subnets attributes. This resolves a schema mismatch and ensures users can successfully configure VPC options when managing Bedrock Agent Core Browser resources via Terraform.
