I noticed that benchmark CI was not getting runners allocated. Perhaps there aren't
ubuntu-20.04runners anymore? Anyway, runninggen-ci.shfixed that, but also enabled unused package errors, which were just a matter of dropping them from the cabal file. Before CI is approved here, you can see it on my own fork.(This is useful as a prelude to the 9.14.1 issues, but I'm not attached to this PR if you want to do all of those batched or whatever. I just had already half-done it anyway and felt I might as well share.)
