1.Rename file names, especially class, package; it should be more open source.

2.During doing 1, should complete manual-operation wiki.We should make others run it as quick as possible.

3.Actually, the code had real－time－stat about arrive-rate using mongo, but course of some reason, I removed these code, now I will add it again as one feature. Because after I used dubbo, I found real-time-stat is much more useful than I thought.

4.waitting, lots of things as we know.
