  • Update the dockerfile to corresponding on the minimal version of java for actual minecraft server
  • Update the docker compose to map the container timezone of the host timezone

Update Dockerfile - required for versions >= 1.20.5

Updated Dockerfile for new version of Java

Version 21 is required for 1.20.5
Server does not start without it.
