Adjust the "reclaim disk space" step in the GH workflow builds

when looking into the 5.3 build, I noticed that we were trying to drop some docker images that aren't there:

Error response from daemon: No such image: node:10
Error response from daemon: No such image: node:12
Error response from daemon: No such image: mcr.microsoft.com/azure-pipelines/node8-typescript:latest

so I removed that, added a docker images to list what's there if anything, so have a "debug info" and added a command to print the available disc space
