Change description

  1. Update Manage Barrister event code to use FinremCallbackHandler
  2. Fix issue where a barrister cannot be removed if their account is suspended in IdAM. In those situations the prd organisation service returns an error rather than the user id. Therefore to accommodate that it is necessary to store the userId of the barrister in the barrister collection. Then there is no need to go to the prd organisation service to get the user id.
